Earn $6 Million in 12 Months with Adsense

  • This is the first series of Internet success stories you'll start seeing on the Australia Blog. I hope you enjoy everything useful to you.
  • Marcus Friend, creator of Plentyoffish.com It's a noteworthy first success story, in which he managed to take a niche previously ruled by giant corporations, and give it his own brand of marketing.
  • In the case of David v. Goliath, the little man comes first and last. Marcus is a publisher with AdSense "singles" ranked number one in terms of page views increase.

- Let's share some tips with our readers, and learn some secrets.

  • Marcus, how did you prepare yourself to become a webmaster, and what is your experience with computer programming?
  • The average number of page views per day for Marcus is about 14 million per week. The daily views got 80 million users who survey the site to see if they have new messages. Talk about real bandwidth intensive!
  • When I go to your site and see that I notice that the ads are targeting the area you're in, but I haven't signed up yet on the page - can you explain to users why and how to accomplish this feat?
  • I just use ip2location.com - mainly, then I take your IP address, look it up in the database and it tells me what city it is in. Then I bring up a list of users who are in the whole city, and there's nothing magical about it at all.
  • Do visitors search through your site primarily from search engines (SERPs), or do they come from other methods? Do you actively advertise on social media?
  • Search engines account for 2% of my site traffic. The vast majority is from my own traffic, and this is like any other site with over 5 million pageviews per day, and that comes from word of mouth, and repeat page visitors.
  • The services offered on your site are at no cost to registrants. Do you have an advantage that allows you to do this over your competitors?
  • I've developed all the new page algorithms that allow me to create a great site at no cost. Many years ago, I created the largest algorithm that was thousands of times faster than the one used before in the 90s to find a sequence of 22 prime numbers. At the time, he used several supercomputers and many regular computers over several years to find records. I did the same thing on one computer for two weeks or less.
  • I was very impressed, are there any other sites you are currently maintaining, or is it the only site on the Blissloves website?
  • This is the only site I'm working on at the moment. And I have some other sites that I have registered for my friends so they can learn to do marketing. So at this point, I think one site is enough to work on.

What are the tips for those looking to create a profitable online endeavor?

  • That's what someone thinks you do. That's a great idea, but I'd say it's not: Find articles that no one else thinks are important and create a high-traffic site in that area where you live. Also, keep in mind that sites that make low-profit today but have high traffic may do so tomorrow. and that in the internet world we live in, anything and everything will be monetized at some point, and traffic is the top characteristic of your site.
  • Traffic is King's very wise advice to you. Last question from Marcus: How do you find the time to keep your skills online? Surely you have other interests in life besides programming and monitoring websites.
  • It only takes a little time per day on average, but it is stressful work for you. I spend the other two hours reading and seeing what's going on with traffic going down and up to make a profit.
