The board also mentioned that SES operates sandbag distribution - you must call SES at 132500 first to ensure your phone call.
Sandbags At Kaila Park Recreational Reserve, enter from Raftery Road - sandbags are pre-packed for those at risk of flooding.

Near Rochester, Midland Hwy in Burnewang is closed, and Heathcote-Rochester Road is closed as well.
The Hume Hwy lanes to Melbourne between Benalla and Avenel have been closed, while Heathcote-Nagambie Road has also been closed.
